Worst customer service. A miracle to get past automated voice. Beware taking any promotion without getting it in writing.

Comcast internet can be really fast at times, but I've had connection issues frequently where I'm unable to connect and/or the internet is really slow. The price is extremely high in my opinion, specially if you combine it with a TV package. I've tried most of the other services available, and Comcast speed is definitely the best (even based on price). Customer Service sometimes is amazing, other times it has been mediocre.
